Fill Your Silo: Navigating the Tough Season
Delivered with the team at Breakthrough Mental Health.
These sessions will include:
Insight into how stress affects the body and brain.
A practical workshop exploring the “Fill Your Silo” concept: what drains us, what fills us and how to care for ourselves during tough seasons.
A take-home wellbeing resource pack.
Opportunities for conversation and connection with others in your community.

FarmFlex:
Tools for tough Seasons
Community sessions focused on practical strategies to manage tough seasons.
We will explore stress and how it shows up in our bodies; stress signposts; strengthening your farm flexibility - to adapt to challenging situations, hold difficult thoughts and feelings lightly, and do what matters - even when it's tough
Coonalpyn - Wednesday 8th October 2025
2pm-5pm - Followed by Schnitty Dinner
Field - Thursday 9th October 2025
8am-11am - including BBQ Breakfast
These sessions are supported by Skylight Mental Health, Coorong District Council, and Regional Development Australia Murraylands and Riverland
Supporting others through drought: Training for early and mid-career Agriculturalists
Together with Beck Burgess and Sarah Crosthwaite, we'll be delivering workshops across South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. These sessions are supported by GRDC
Supporting early career people working in farmer facing roles (eg agronomists, farm business consultants, farming systems groups) - attendence from any career level is also supported.
These sessions will include:
Exploring stress and distress, for ourselves and others
Consulting in challenging situations - how to have those tough conversations
Looking after ourselves during tough times
