A PSYCHOLOGIST, FARMER, WIFE AND MUM – BUT ALSO JUST STEPH, A HUMAN BEING; AND I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT IMPROVING THE WELLBEING AND RESILIENCE OF RURAL AUSTRALIA FROM THE GROUND UP.
  

Farming can be incredibly tough, but it can also be incredibly rewarding.

I bring accessible, paddock tested psychological tools to farmers and rural Australia.

Much of what I do is for all farmers and rural communities.  Psychological Flexibility Skills are keystone skills that we all need, as we navigate the challenges of farming life.

There has been an invisible burden carried by women on farms, and I have am driven to make the invisible visible.

When women do well, we ALL do well. So often, however, farming women prioritise everyone and everything before themselves.

I'm determined to help farming and rural women learn how to show up as the person they truly want to be, care for their wellbeing, and have thriving relationships – both on and off the farm.
